Easy ways to lose weight that actually work? - easy to get loans

Hey guys, just after the winter break, more weight!

My question is, do you know a way into the stomach quickly lose weight? Training / plans that really work, for example, something that you have before or know someone who suffers done. I want to make a simple and easy, because I'm still in high school.

You can choose where the fat comes from the unfortunately ... But heart and clean your system, you should help with your abs. GOOD LUCK:)

Do not attempt any work to clean the colon or tablets, etc. .. . If you want to lose your weight and live healthy, it helps! Congratulations to the desire to live a healthier life and better integrated in the new year!

Here are some tips on diet:)

Eat breakfast one hours of awakening
5-6 meals from
Run partial control of the courts
Eat raw foods as much as possible
Limit consumption of part of the day
All sodas CUT OUT
8 glasses of water for at least one days
Take a multivitamin
No carbs after 2-3pm
Be sure to eat enough calories
A lot of lean protein like white meat and fish
Make meals ahead ... to eat more healthily if they have already
Drink a glass of water before eating a snack .. They are less hungry and eat less
Pre-snack mix-up
Eating a salad / app healthy. before a meal. Studies show people who eat the food 30% less
Keep track of whateat
The attempt to establish a normal sleep patterns to regulate

3-4 days of cardio ... Mix and a 1 or 2 high-intensity heart
2-3 days of lifting toning:)
Always Stretch Stretch and make heating and cooling

I lost 30 pounds in a few months because I stopped drinking pop and changed the look of the crystals on things that bring a bottle of drinking water, and all day and eat lots of vegetables, low in calories. Itfaster a few months to lose it again to see, what you eat and go running every day, while abs. It always works for me
