I know at this stage, the best is Midnight Club: Los Angeles, which provides the complete car customization and Free Roam. PSP Games Midnight Club, Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix, and Los Angeles are also very good although a little remix the size of the card and the DUB Edition reduced load times almost unbearable. another good, but not so new, Test Drive Unlimited, it is for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PSP. Personally, I like Need For Speed Underground 2, the best if you like the tuner in the "style". If you use the muscle of the "style" car, and then the Need for Speed. Need for Speed Underground 2 is free to move and theres no police whatsoever. Need for Speed, but has no police and for me it is annoying. But if you then only get a PS3, Midnight Club Los Angeles.
