Web Based Remote Desktop Windows 2003 Terminal Services Question?

Windows 2003 terminal services question? - web based remote desktop

I installed a 2003 server with Terminal Services. There are 12 clients that connect through a Web-based remote desktop connection.
The client will launch Internet Explorer and go to a URL. The user is then prompted to enter your username and password (Remote Desktop Other Windows login) in force.

Someone to understand your system configuration, try and see what they were doing.
The server has the IP address: 10.2.97.238.
For simplicity, we will say, I have 2 customers with IP: 10.2.97.221 and 10.2.97.222. The first team to start Internet Explorer and go to: http://10.2.97.231/tsweb. During the visit of http://10.2.97.232/tsweb seconds.

I do not understand. I hoped that the two machines are connected to the same server address. (http://10.2.97.238/tsweb IE).

Can someone explain? Or give me a link where you can read about it?

Thanks
